Fees & Insurance
There is no charge for your initial exam. We provide the orthodontic evaluation as a courtesy. We want you to have the opportunity to know if you or your child could benefit from treatment and what time and cost investment it will involve. We also want to give you the opportunity to relate to us in person. The initial visit does not commit you to any treatment, but we hope you will decide this is the right orthodontic office for you.
Orthodontic treatment does involve a significant financial investment. The treatment fee depends on the specific needs of each individual patient and may range from $250 for a retainer to $6500 for comprehensive adult orthodontic treatment. Our professional fee covers all aspects of your orthodontic treatment in this office. There are no “hidden” costs. The fee includes the diagnostic records, treatment planning, placement of the braces, office visits to monitor the progress of treatment, removal of the braces, the initial set of retainers and the retention follow-up. We offer several payment options to help orthodontic treatment fit into your budget. These may include no down payment, based on your credit history, and consideration is made for additional family members who receive treatment.
If you have insurance, it may also help with payment for orthodontic treatment. We will work with you to make sure you receive the maximum orthodontic benefit available. Please bring your orthodontic insurance information to your first appointment. After determining treatment needs and insurance benefits, we will help workout a payment plan that best fits your situation.
